Almost 120 years ago, Otto Wagner designed a fascinating ensemble. His benchmark was human dignity. After more than a century of clinical use, the City of Vienna is now leading the Otto Wagner Areal into a new future.
The task now is to create a place for everyone high above the city in this unique listed ensemble with its valuable green space – while preserving the memorial function and in accordance with the mediation concluded in 2013.

In collaboration with Chris Müller GmbH, CMb.industries supports the development of the settling strategy and target group approach. To this end, appropriate tools for evaluation and monitoring are introduced and concrete measures are implemented on site.
