And you can feel it: ingenuity is in the air. Not just because Aichelin, the international leader in heat treatment, operates at this location. The fire of the furnaces remains, for passion burns on. This place combines the best of two worlds: the productivity of the factory and the warmth of the village\u2014developed by visionaries, designed for talented individuals and entrepreneurs. Industrial halls are being transformed into open workshops, think tanks, shared workspaces, sports courts, and event spaces. The neighborhood is transforming from a purely industrial site into a vibrant village square. The team is responsible for fostering village life, addressing the concerns of the Village.People, and overseeing the development and renovation projects on the site.
