Fuggerei 4.0

CMb.industries works on a holistic approach that combines economic, ecological and ecumenical concerns. Wilhering Abbey is a Cistercian abbey founded in 1146 in Wilhering (Upper Austria). The collegiate church, built between 1733 and 1751, is one of the most important rococo buildings. In addition to pastoral care, nature, culture and religion are the main focus. Rapid social change has also affected the abbey and led to vacancies and high costs in the area of property and real estate. CMb.industries is developing a solution that makes the properties more attractive through a holistic approach and combines economic, ecological and ecumenical concerns. The Fuggerei in Augsburg, one of the oldest existing social housing estates in the world, serves as a model for the concept.
