Founded in 1993 in Lviv, Ukraine, SoftServe provides services in the areas of big data, Internet of Things, cloud computing, DevOps, e-commerce, security, experience design and healthcare. With its US headquarters in Austin, Texas and European headquarters in Lviv, the company employs more than 9,000 people in international offices. It is one of the largest software developers in Eastern Europe and the largest IT outsourcing and outstaffing company in Ukraine.
A study shows: SoftServe has an awareness level of 96% in Lviv. SoftServe is named as one of the TOP 5 IT companies. The same applies to IT students, IT professionals and the surrounding area. The quality of brand awareness in the market is rated at 85%. Furthermore, it can be said that the tenor in the media and social media regarding SoftServe is very positive and people recommend working at SoftServe.

SoftServe is a global digital solutions company with Ukrainian roots. The company is growing rapidly, i.e. by more than 30% per year, with more than 9,000 employees currently working on more than 900 projects with clients in the US, Europe and the APAC region. SoftServe is hiring over 300 people a month from San Francisco to Singapore. Softserve was faced with the challenge of consolidating its locations in Lviv into one campus. CMb.industries assisted in developing a vision for the campus, which formed the basis for the utilization concept and the subsequent architectural competition. The project was abruptly halted by the outbreak of war in 2022.
