Together with ÖBB and the municipality of Obervellach, CMb.industries is analyzing the possibilities for repurposing the Mölltal power plant. Current living and working trends, specific funding pots and the proximity to conurbations speak for the development of the location. Obervellach is also characterized by special climatic conditions that ensure constant ventilation and keep it pleasantly cool even in the hot summer months.
