AgTeCastle Castle Weidenholz

Promoting agricultural technology

Waizenkirchen and Weidenholz Castle are located in the heart of Upper Austria. For a long time, the castle lay dormant. That is now changing. The castle is a fallow “field” for future technologies, where an innovative mixed culture of start-ups, companies and educational institutions will soon flourish. An innovation hub with a focus on agricultural technology will be created. CMb.industries provides the concept and strategy for site development.

Smart lock with radiance

Farming rules have had their day. Due to climatic developments, new reliable data providers are needed. Digital progress has already arrived in agriculture. More and more applications to facilitate documentation or sophisticated analysis methods are providing farmers with data for productive and sustainable farming.

Mayor Fabian Grüneis wants to open the castle gates to an innovation ecology that supports each other in finding solutions for future agricultural challenges.

The castle boasts an extremely good location and infrastructure. There are numerous parking spaces, catering and shopping facilities and leisure activities (outdoor pool, fitness center, sports field) next to the castle.

In addition to creating the concept, CMb.industries also designed and implemented a website.
